✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused and in original condition.
Items must be returned with original packaging (tags, bags, boxes).
Return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

Note: Customized, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

🔁 Return Process

Email us at contact@easternchili.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💵 Refunds

After inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
